conservation doit s’accompagner du développement d’alternatives économiques à l’agriculture
pour les populations rurales. Le soutien à une urbanisation riche en emplois, mais durable doit
accompagner cette transition agraire. Il s’agit donc de relever le défi d’un aménagement du
territoire pour produire mieux, préserver les ressources, et améliorer les conditions de vie de la
population.
